Tournament Fees

Team – $485
Gate – $125
Pay both fees in advance, online.

We are now requiring that the full tournament fees, including gate fees, now be paid upon registration. Our policy is to take the first 8 teams paid. Simply signing up without payment does not secure a spot in the tournament.

MAVS BALLPARK TOURNAMENTS ARE NCS SANCTIONED AND FOLLOW NCS RULES FOR NORTH TEXAS. Go to www.playncs.com to find the NCS rules for North Texas.

*Home team keeps official book. Visitor runs scoreboard.

*Teams provide their own baseballs.

*Game times: 9U-12U 1 hr. 30 min. or 6 innings.

*NO NEW INNING WILL BEGIN AFTER 1:25 *DROP DEAD AT 1:45

Gate Rules:

NO SEEDS OR SHELLS ALLOWED IN THE BALLPARK. No exceptions! Anyone caught with seeds or shells will be asked to leave the Ballpark. They cause the drains to back up..

No outside food or beverages and no outside coolers allowed. Team cooler and beverages for your player are the exception. We have a full concession stand. We accept credit/debit cards.

Parking

You should know that parking is limited around the MAVS Field. You may park in the parking lot behind the outfield wall, but only in spaces closest to the field. We also have access to the LEXUS Parking Garage courtesy of the Dallas Mavericks:) Specific availability is given with each individual tournament. They do charge $ sometimes if a big event going on at American Airlines Center.

*Occasionally American Airlines has an event and we can not use the garage
