On October 28th, the City of Dallas approved a number of improvements to Heroes Stadium being proposed by The Little Heroes Field Foundation. The project is being fully funded through the generosity of sponsors and private donors to the foundation and approximately $250,000 has been committed for 2014.

Field improvements will include full artificial turf of the infield and outfield, redesigned drainage system, installing ramp access to the field, additional lighting, seat repairs, repairs to broken wall and cap blocks, fresh paint, and concession stand upgrades.

The work is scheduled to begin July 15, 2014 at the conclusion of the Heroes Field tournament schedule.

While enough funds have been generated to back the majority of the project, we continue to need your support. Any amount is greatly appreciated and 100% of your tax deductable donations will go directly to the project, the foundation is a 501(3)(C) non-profit with non-compensated oversight.
