The Heroes

Welcome to the Heroes Baseball Organization

Heroes Baseball is an organization designed by Coaches from the Professional and Collegiate ranks to best prepare youth athletes for high school level baseball and beyond. We commit to workout, train, practice and compete with the proper attitudes, approaching the game with heart, desire, dedication, drive, motivation, intensity and enjoyment. To facilitate an environment conducive to hard work and maximum effort, in the context of fun, seeking to develop good habits and a solid work ethic. To provide a positive “team” experience, emphasizing the importance of unity, encouragement and teamwork. To prepare players for high school and college baseball programs. To prepare the players and coaches for life both on & off the field by emphasizing character & leadership development, using game experiences to teach life principles, teaching athletes how to be positive role models and helping the athletes along their journey to adulthood. To facilitate an environment where the families learn and grow with the athletes.

Our programs start at age 9 developing fundamentals and as players move up, Heroes simulates the environment that athletes will face as they transition beyond youth baseball. The goal is not competing at the next level, it’s excelling.

Benefits of being part of the Heroes include:

Heroes is a 501(C)(3) non-profit. We have highly qualified professionals that not only love the game of Baseball but are dedicated to developing the players for the “Game of Life”. Profits are distributed in the form of scholarships, charitable donations, and/or used to maintain and improve Heroes-Mavs Ballpark and the Heroes Indoor facility “The Dugout”.

Our best in class coaching and instructional staff have all played and/or coached at the college or professional level. In addition, we invest in their continued education to maintain our high standard.

We strive to have teams at multiple levels of ability at each age group to properly place players where they will be challenged and have an opportunity to be a strong contributor on the field. Our model emulates the A, AA, AAA, Major model used in professional baseball. This allows mobility options for players that may need to move down to hone fundamentals or for those players ready to be challenged at a higher level.

Heroes has a $1.5 million home field one block northeast of the American Airlines Center where we host tournaments and all our 12U and below teams practice weekly. We have a close relationship with the City of Dallas to provide fields for our 13U and above teams, and we have an indoor facility in Farmers Branch, easily accessed right off the Dallas Tollway.
